How do i download a vBulletin Skin/layout from a website. I cant find it anywhere?

1. This isn't really possible. vBulletin uses a large number of templates that collectively make up what you see on the screen. While you can look at the source code in your browser its impossible to know which templates the snippets come from unless the site has enabled the option of adding the template name to each output. To complicate things further, vBulletin does not separate function from design so each template mixes the layout and design elements up with the vBulletin code. As a result, templates are different between the different versions of vBulletin as well. The best thing to do is to find a free vBulletin skin that is written for your version of the software and that is close to what you want, then edit that to achieve the final design look you are after.
