What entails in formulating good questions at Y&A Community?

Since I have my own style and strategy, I wonder what others do to create a good and interactive question-answer forum in this community. Ok, is there any certain formula in asking a question? What do have to be equipped of?

  1. Ask an open-ended question. Don't disclose or hint that you are taking a position on the issue. If you pose a statement with a conclusion and ask if people agree or disagree, you just get a bunch of short answers with no understanding. You won't learn anything. Ask people to explain their position, give examples. OR Preface you questions to those that are experts in a field or have actual experience in your question, not just theories.
  2. you have your own way. some people asked who is the author some of poem!
