How to stop the spam in this forum?

1. Spam is impossible to stop. It is put out anonymously by people hiding behind proxy servers, and it goes out by the tens of thousands. It is a world-wide problem, and trust me, you aren't alone in seeing it. But, you do what the rest of us do - have a good spam blocker, block it and go on.
