Nashville Locals: Where can I get really regional Southern cooking in Nashville?

I will be visiting Nashville for the very first time. I am looking for a local place that serves really good (regional style) southern cooking. I have friends who live in Memphis. When I went there, they took me to some great places (in Memphis). Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone who lives in Nashville. So I hope this forum can offer some good recommendations. 1. There are so many places in Nashville to get good ol' southern cooking. I moved here (to TN) last May from Illinois and love food, the best help for me has been those local and citysearch pages. Honestly, almost any town you go to around here is going to have country cookin'. Haven't tried this one restaurant yet but I will send you a link, it is supposed to be good and had lots of good reviews online. It is called Monell's and like I said I haven't tried it yet.
