Hi...Need a full Phpbb2 forum with compatible Mods installed?

I have installed Phpbb2 in my site....along with some modifications.. but the problem is that my mods are not compatible with my Skin/Style... I need a full zipped forum with all compatible modifications... and a great skin... Can any one Help me out.. And please don't reply if you don't know anything about my question... Thanks
