Is there a place online for more PhpBB themes? Forums? Website....?

1. Yes. Google for PHPbb2 for a good forum. Google for PostNuke and/or PHPnuke for PHP websites. And you can also google for PostNuke or PHPnuke themes for themes that are compatible with those website packages. You will need a good working knowledge of HTML and MySql to set things up.
