i have a website at freewebs.com and i want to change the style and can i make a forum from it ?

can i make a forum from it ? and how can i change the style ? i made it and every thing but i dont know how to put it ? i want an ARABIC forum

1. you cant start a forum there... You may want to check the help section describing the procedure to upload files so that you can change your style.
